By placing our forged $6082-T6$ arms in a vibrating bowl with high-density ceramic media, we gently smooth out microscopic "peaks and valleys."

• Why does this matter? These micro-peaks act as "stress risers." Under heavy loads, they are the starting points for cracks.

• The Result: By smoothing the surface without adding heat or stress, we significantly increase the Fatigue Life of the arm, allowing our parts to easily exceed 1,000,000 cycles of testing.
