Category 1: Technical & Product Questions

1. What grades of aluminum do you use for your control arms?

   • We use 6061-T6 and 7075. Explain that these provide the best strength-to-weight ratio for automotive applications.

2. Why is a forged control arm better than a cast or stamped steel one?

   • Forged control arm use material 6016-T6 and 7505  which are higher fatigue resistance, and weight savings .

3. What quality certifications does your factory hold?

   • We had got IATF 16949:2016. We operate strictly in accordance with this standard.

4. Are your control arms compatible with original (OEM) bushings and ball joints?

   • Yes, we ensure 1:1 fitment with OEM components, or we can supply high-performance polyurethane/spherical bearings upon request.

Category 2: Customization & R&D (ODM/OEM)

5. Can you develop a new control arm model based on a sample or 3D drawing?

   • Yes, we have a full R&D team using CAD/CAM and 3D scanning.

6. How long does it take to develop a new mold for a custom project?

   • Typically 20–35 days from design approval to the first article sample.

7. Do you offer private labeling (branding) on the parts?

   • Yes, we can laser-tech your logo or brand name directly onto the aluminum surface and provide custom packaging.

Category 3: Ordering & Business Terms

8. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

   • We have stock for  all developed models (3000). For stocked models, MOQ is one full carton ; for new production, it is 200 pcs per model.

9. Do you provide samples for quality testing?

   • Yes, we encourage sample testing before bulk orders. ( The cost is credited back upon a mass order).

10. What is the standard lead time for a bulk order?

    • Usually 7-45 days depending on the order volume and our current production schedule.

11. What is your product warranty policy?

    • We offer a 24-month or 60,000km warranty against manufacturing defects.

Category 4: Logistics & Export

12. Which shipping terms do you support?

    •  We support FOB, CIF, DDP, and EXW. We export through major ports like Ningbo, Shanghai, or Guangzhou.

13. How are the products packaged for long-distance international shipping?

    • Each arm is wrapped in protective foam/plastic, boxed individually, and then palletized and shrink-wrapped to prevent moisture and movement during sea transit.

14. Do you provide all the necessary customs documentation?

    • Yes, we provide Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, and Form E/Form F if required.
